摘    要:钢渣有压热闷工艺是目前钢渣处理领域最先进的技术,是有效解决钢渣堆存、资源化利用等方面问题的技术支撑。从尘汽的捕集、系统风量的计算、净化设备的选择等方面,对钢渣有压热闷工艺在辊压破碎和冷却处理过程中所产生的高温、高湿、阵发性粉尘尘汽的捕集净化系统进行探讨,使钢渣在实现处理的前提下,产生的尘汽有组织地达标排放。

Abstract:The hot stuffy process with pressure of the molten slag is not only the most advanced technology in the area of steel slag processing currently, but also effective technical support to solve the problems of the storage of steel slag and resource utilization and so on. The dust steam catcher purification system was discussed from dust steam catcher,the system air volume calculation and the choice of purification equipment for high temperature,high humidity,paroxysmal dust which was generated during roller broken and cooling process of hot stuffy process with pressure of the molten slag, which can achieve the standard discharge of dust steam emissions under the precondition that the steel slag was processed.
