完井套管粘砂工艺技术在辽河油田的应用

摘    要:为了提高固井质量,达到防窜、封窜以及防止井身结构损坏的目的,提出完井套管粘砂工艺技术。其工艺原理是在完井套管表面除锈后,用特种粘砂胶均匀粘上一层粒径约3mm的砂粒,在砂层表面喷上一层喷涂胶,再在加热炉内经150℃高温固化120min。完井粘砂套管具有选择附着物的特点,可使第1界面的胶结强度比光套管提高3~8倍。现场应用表明,该技术固井质量均合格,其合格率达到100%。

Abstract:In order to improve well cementing quality and reach the goal of anti-channeling,sealing channeling and preventing wellbore failure,the well completion casing sand gluing technology is put forward.Its technical mechanism is that after the rust on the surface of well completion casing is removed,a layer of sand particles with diameter of 3 mm is evenly glued with special adhesive sand glue,then a layer of spraying glue is sprayed on the sand surface,finally the treated casing is solidified in the heating furnace for 120 min at 150 ℃.The well completion sand-glued casing is characterized by selecting attachments.The adhesive strength of the first interface is 3-8 times as much as that of bare casing.The field application shows that the cementing quality by using this technology is qualified with 100% of qualification rate.
