摘    要:采用TG-DSC分析了IrO2与SrCO3、BaCO3的固相反应过程,探讨了不同温度、不同比例和二次煅烧等合成工艺参数对SrIrO3、BaIrO3物相的影响,得到了纯的SrIrO3、BaIrO3复合氧化物粉体的最佳合成条件。在此基础上,采用放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术制备了结晶度良好、高致密度的SrIrO3、BaIrO3复合氧化物陶瓷。

Abstract:The reaction processes of IrO2 and SrCO3, BaCO3 were analyzed by TG-DSC, and the influences of different temperatures, ratios and re-calcining processes on SrIrO3 and BaIrO3 phases were studied. Then, the optimum synthesis conditions of controllable pure SrIrO3 and BaIrO3 composited oxide powder were obtained. Based on the above, SrIrO3 and BaIrO3 composited oxide ceramics with good crystallzation and high density were prepared by SPS technique.
