摘    要:现有的凝汽器最佳真空的确定方法在确定凝汽器的最佳循环水流量时,未考虑到循环水流量变化引起凝汽器真空变化的同时对汽轮机排汽阻力、凝结水过冷度及凝结水含氧量的影响,同时还未考虑到锅炉补给水对凝汽器真空的影响。文中首先对上述各因素对凝汽器最佳真空的影响进行了分析,给出了凝汽器真空变化后凝结水过冷度及凝结水含氧量的计算方法。然后提出一种新的凝汽器最佳真空的确定方法,该方法将上述各因素考虑进去,得到真正经济意义上的综合最佳真空及循环水优化分配方法,使优化的准确度得到进一步的提高。最后,将该方法应用到某2′300MW机组电厂中。

Abstract:In the existing determining method of the optimum vacuum in condenser, the factors are not be considered that while cooling water flow rate change brings vacuum in condenser change, the influence of the flux of cooling water on the exhaust resistance, condensate subcooling degree and the dissolved oxygen in condensate. Also, influence of the makeup water on vacuum in condenser is neglected. In this paper, the influences of these factors on the optimum vacuum are analyzed firstly, and the calculation method of condensate subcooling degree and the dissolved oxygen in condensate are given. Then the new determining method of the optimum vacuum in condenser is put forward. The new method takes into account of the factors, so the accuracy of optimizing can be improved, and the really economically synthesizing optimum vacuum and the distributing method on cooling water are obtained. Finally, the new method is applied in 2×300MW power plant.
