拜耳法赤泥酸浸液脱硅试验研究

摘    要:研究了拜耳法赤泥盐酸浸出液的脱硅。在高酸度下进行硅酸凝聚、晶种絮凝脱硅试验,考察了温度、晶种添加量和时间对脱硅率的影响,并考察了脱硅温度和时间对浸出液酸度的影响。试验结果表明:影响脱硅的因素依次是脱硅温度、脱硅时间和晶种添加量;在脱硅温度80℃、晶种添加量1%、脱硅时间7h条件下,脱硅率达94.12%;脱硅温度高于70℃,脱硅时间大于5h,浸出液挥发较大。
