| Abstract: | success of our country＇s urban underground space constructing legally was summarized, and the problems and deficiencies was analyzed. According to the situation of that the policy and law can not be satisfied with the need of urban underground space development and application, the establishing and consummating the policy and law system in urban underground space development and application was proposed. |
