来峡水电站考核电量及增加发电量的措施

摘    要:飞来峡水库以防洪为主,属径流式水电站,以水量利用系数作为考核指标不太符合电站实际运行情况,用可发电水量利用率来考核更为客观、科学。充分考虑水库及电力的优化调度,可发电水量利用率可达到85%-90%比较现实,多年平均发电量预计可达4.71-4.99亿kw·h之间,但难以达到设计多年平均发电量。电站考核电量定为4.85亿kW·h较为合理。

Abstract:The main function for Feilaixia reservoir is to prevent flood. It is a run-of-river hydropower station. It is not very suitable to take the water volume utilization coefficient as the rated index for the power station. It is more practical and more scientific to take water availability for power generation as its rated index. Considering the reservoir and the electric 85%-90% and the annual power output may reach 471-499 million kWh,which is difficult to reach its designed annual power output of the Station.It is more reasonable to take the rake the rated power amount as 485 million kWh for the Station.
