摘    要:汽轮机油在使用过程中,由于机组轴封等原因,容易造成其中含有大量水分,从而对汽轮机组造成锈蚀危害。介绍了红外光谱法测试T746的原理和测试方法,并且测试了经不同水洗时间后舰用防锈汽轮机油中T746防锈剂的含量,表明水分对舰用防锈汽轮机油添加剂洗脱作用明显。研究结果对在用舰用防锈汽轮机油使用寿命的监控具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:The theory and method of testing T746 by IR was introduced. With improved IR test method, the content of T746 in anti-rust steam turbine oil was tested after different time of water elution. Result shows that water elution effects the content of additives in anti-rust steam turbine oil clearly. The mechanism is one side of T746 numerator is hydrophobealkyl, and another side is hydrophile-carboxyl, when the binding - force between carboxyl and water is larger than that between alkyl and oil, T746 will separate out of oil with water, then the content of T746 will fall. This method can be used to monitor the life of anti-rust steam turbine oil.
