纳米填料对聚氨酯泡沫弹性体力学性质影响的研究

摘    要:在传统的聚氨酯(PU)泡沫塑料制法的基础上,为了改善聚氨酯泡沫塑料的性能,根据各个不同的配方添加不同量的纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)填料。并依此再调节各种辅助剂的用量。分别制得纳米材料增强软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料弹性体。实验结果表明,加入的纳米填料和PU材料有很好的相容性。可以均匀地分布在PU材料之中,使PU泡沫的压缩永久变形大幅度下降。

Abstract:?On the basis of the traditional way of making soft polyurethane foam,and in order to improve their mechanical properties,nano SiO_2 filler was added into soft polyurethane foam according to different recipes,then the dosage of additives was adjusted.Finally,the polyurethane foam was reinforced by nano SiO_2.The result showed that the permanent deformation of soft polyurethane foam could be decreased very much because of adding nano filler.
