摘    要: 以观台矿的2506工作面副巷为研究对象,针对煤层巷道掘进过程中围岩大变形、难支护的具体情况 ,进行了相似材料模拟试验,得出巷道的松动圈的范围。根据相似材料模拟结果,通过减小巷道断面尺寸,增加支护强度,成功解决了软岩巷道的支护问题,并给出了相应的建议和措施。

Optimization of support design for mining gateway in soft rock
Abstract:Abstract: With the air return way of the 2506 workface in Guantai coalmine as the research object,according to the specific situation of large deformation of rock and difficult to support in the roadway excavation process, the author conducted the similar material simulation test and draw the scope of roadway loose circle. Based on the result of the similar material simulation, we solved the problem of supporting in the soft rock tunnel by reducing the roadway cross-section size and increasing the intensity of support and gave the corresponding suggestions and measures.
