摘    要:为研究织物沿经纬向悬垂性能的不同,自制了基于图像法测试织物不同方向悬垂性能的装置。将织物放置在载布台上,利用数码相机摄取织物自然悬垂状态的正面及经纬侧面悬垂图像,通过AutoCAD软件对图像进行处理和数据分析,获得悬垂系数、织物经纬向悬垂状态最大长度比及经纬向面积比3个指标评价织物悬垂性能。测试30块试样,提出一种不同方向织物悬垂性能综合评价的新方法。并在相同条件下,利用YG811织物悬垂性测定仪对相同面料进行测试。对比分析结果表明,其中24块织物测试结果误差不大于5%,说明用新方法和评价指标测试的结果是可信的。

Abstract:This topic designed a new test method to fabric drapability performances with the application of computer image processing technology, and evaluated the fabric drape performances in different directions. A fabric drapability performances test device was made. The principle of the test device is that a set platform of fabric drapability performances testing was designed, the fabric was placed on its, and the positive and two sides images of fabric drapability state was obtained with digital cameras. All images were processed with AUTOCAD software, and three indexs of fabric drape coefficient, the maximum length and area ratio of longitude and weft directions were got. So a set of fabric drapability performances comprehensive evaluation method was established, and 30 fabric samples were tested. Under the same conditions, these samples were tested with YG811 fabric drapability tester, and the error of 24 samples test results is not more than 5%. So the testing results of new device and evaluation method is credible.
