| 摘 要： | 结合一模具零件,基于Virtual CNC软件,介绍了其数控加工及虚拟仿真过程,建立了虚拟仿真环境,讨论了在虚拟仿真中可能发生的问题,该技术可广泛应用辅助加工各种复杂模具或机械零件。

| Abstract: | The numerical control manufacturing and virtual simulation process based on Virtual CNC software for a component in an injection mould was stated.A virtual simulation environment was established and the problems probably occurred during the process were discussed.The technique can be widely used in the aided machining of various complicate components in dies and moulds or machinery parts. |
