| 摘 要： | 为提高塑料异型材抗出模具的质量，必须根据其具体使用条件进行热处理。锻后须进行等温退火以有效地抑制原材料缺陷对耐蚀性及热处理畸变的影响。调质处理时应适当提高淬火加热温度，采用空冷淬火，高温回火后也应采用空冷。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the quality of fashioned plastics extrusion die,a suitable heat treatment should be applied according to service condition of the die and isothermal annealing be applied after forging for effectively restraining infection of the raw materials defect on corrosion resistance and heat treatment distortion of the die.When quenching and tempering,the quenching temperature should be increased properly and the cooling for quenching and after high temperature tempering should be by air. |
