集成细分注水管柱研究与应用

摘    要:为达到缩小封隔器卡距、细分注水的目的,根据国内外分注水管柱的情况,研究开发了集成细分注水管柱。该管柱主要由补偿器、水力锚、封隔器、配水封隔器、机械定位器和底球等组成,根据现场实际情况,管柱的结构可分为套管保护管柱和非套管保护管柱2种形式。现场应用结果表明,该管柱适用井深小于3000m,工作压力小于35MPa,可实现多级细分注水,最小夹层厚度1.2m,定位精确可达0.4m,并具有不动管柱调配的功能,一次可测试5个层位,测试资料准确,调配速度快。施工成功率100%,分注合格率100%。

The research and application of integrated subdivisional water injection string
Abstract:Owing to the side-pocket/hollow injection allocator cannot meet the requirements of fine water injection, an integrated subdivisional water injection string is developed. This string is mainly constituted by compensator, hydraulic anchor, packer, water distribution packer, mechanical positioner and the ball at the bottom, the structure of which can be classified as casing-protection type and non-casing-protection type. It has been practically proved that this string can implement multistage subdivisional water injection in the oil well with a depth of less than 3 000 m and the operating pressure less than 35 MPa. It is demonstrated that the minimum interlayer thickness is 1.2 m, positioning accuracy could reach 0.4 m, and the success ratio of the operation reaches 100% .
