| Abstract: | Through analyzing the engineering measures of strengthening the culvert under dam of the small reservoirs in Jiangxi province now and combined with the experience of other provinces, the syphon was commanded for drafting from reservoirs. It is cheap, reasonable and safe. The design method and the noticed problems were introduced. |
