SiO_2/醋丙核壳复合物的合成及其对木材的改性

摘    要:以醋丙共聚物(VAc-MMA-AA)包覆硅溶胶纳米SiO_2粒子,形成SiO_2/VAc-MMA-AA核壳乳液,将该核壳复合乳液与杨木木材复合,制成无机/聚合物核壳复合物复合木材.利用EM、SEM及FT-IR红外光谱表征该核壳粒子及改性后复合木材的结构和形态,研究了经SiO_2/VAc-MMA-AA核壳复合物改性后复合木材的性能,结果表明,用该核壳复合物改性的木材WPG为45%时,氧指数为40.1%,并且该复合木材在顺纹和径向方向的抗压强度分别提高了86.9%、83.3%,抗弯曲强度提高了42.2%,弹性模量提高了58.9%.

Abstract:The SiO_2/VAc-MMA-AA core-shell composite latex was prepared by coating silica sol by polyvinyl acetate-acylate copolymer.Then the core-shell composite emulsion was introduced into poplar wood materials to form an inorganic/organic core-shell composite wood.The structure of the core-shell composite latex and the modified wood was investigated by TEM and FT-IR.TG measurement of the modified wood showed that the temperature of thermal degradation of the modified wood was higher than that of the primal wood.The limited oxygen index of the modified wood with 45 % WPG was 40.1%.Compared with that of primal poplar wood,the mechanical performance of composite wood were greatly improved.
