中国LNG冷能利用的进展和展望

中国经济持续快速发展，能源供需矛盾日益突出，随着能源尤其是电力成本大幅度增加，LNG冷能利用越来越显珍贵。为此，利用经济学方法对LNG冷〖HT5”，7〗火〖KG-*3〗用〖HT5”F〗的价值进行了计算分析，指出LNG冷能利用在中国具有重大的节能减排价值和经济效益。通过对中国LNG冷能利用的潜在市场、关键技术问题以及国内现有的LNG接收站冷能利用进展进行了分析和总结，指出为充分高效地利用LNG冷能，需要将冷能利用纳入LNG接收站项目规划并与接收站协同设计，建立冷能利用项目与接收站的协同运作机制、整合LNG接收站与周边各种产业及冷能利用产业之间的关系，发展小型LNG气化站的冷能利用产业。

Progress and prospect of LNG cold energy utilization in China

While the Chinese economy is developing rapidly, energy supply has become a big challenge; with the significant increase of energy cost especially for the electricity, how to take full use of the LNG cold energy is a big concern at present. Therefore, by use of the exergyeconomic analysis method, LNG cold energy is thought to have a great value not only in energy saving but in emission reduction. Trough analysis and review on the potential market, key technical issues, and progress involved in present day's LNG cold energy utilization, this paper suggest that consideration of LNG cold energy utilization should be taken into programming and designing of LNG receiving terminals projects, cold energy projects should be collaborated with the operation of LNG terminals, the relationship between the LNG terminal and neighboring industries and LNG energy projects should be integrated into a whole part, and small scale LNG gasification stations should be developed for the cold energy utilization.
