摘    要:在准备7150合金平面应变断裂韧性试样的过程中,预制疲劳裂纹发生不均匀扩展。利用扫描电镜、透射电镜和光学显微镜对断口和组织进行了分析,结果表明,晶粒组织的不均匀性是这种异常现象的主要原因。

Abstract:During the process of fracture toughness test of 7150 alloy extrusion, the prior fatigue crack initiated and propagated inhomogeneously. The fatigue crack exhibited as a fan-shaped appearance. This is attributable to the microstructural inhomogeneity of the specimen through the thickness. The regions close to the specimen surface exhibited greater resistance to initiation and propagation of fatigue crack is resulted from the smaller grain size.
