摘    要:风险评估矩阵是汽车产品缺陷风险分析的常用工具。针对矩阵法在缺陷风险评价中因风险结而无法区分同一等级多个风险形式的问题,提出以Borda序值法进行排序。通过对制动系统缺陷召回案例进行统计,提出8种制动踏板典型缺陷形式,通过风险矩阵分析法进行风险等级划分。对风险等级同为“高”的7个缺陷形式,通过计算Borda序数值进一步分为3个等级,减少风险矩阵中风险结的数量,更有效的比较不同缺陷形式的风险大小。

Risk Ranking of Automobile Brake System Defects Based on Borda Ranking Method
Abstract:Risk matrix is a common method of analyzing the automobile product defects. In the paper, Borda count method is proposed to reduce risk ties which resulted difficult to distinguish the risk in the same rank. Eight types of typical brake pedal defects are presented through the statistical analysis of recall cases caused by brake system defects. The risk rank of brake pedal defects is evaluated by risk matrix method. Seven defect types have the same grade “high”, and are classified into 3 grades with the Borda ranking method. The number of risk tie decreased in risk matrix, and the magnitude of different risk is given efficiently.
