Research on Information Stream Reconstruction Method of Standardization

Based on the characteristics of standardization, the paper analyzes the relationship between business process and information stream, the differences between information stream reconstruction and business process reengineering. Information stream reconstruction method of standardization is presented, through reduction or addition of functional nodes and information stream to optimize information stream and complete the mapping from information stream to business process, so that the goal of guiding business process optimization and information construction can be achieved.
