摘    要:对国产轮式装载机的滚翻保护装置(ROPS)进行了性能评价试验,试验验证了CXZL80S的ROPS能满足ISO-3471的性能要求,并获得了ROPS的变形机理。在此基础上,利用弹塑性原理,提出了ROPS在侧向加载时挠度非线性塑性计算方法,经验证这一方法正确可行,从而可在设计阶段有效地预测ROPS能量吸收能力。

Abstract:For verifing ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structute) meeting tke performancetequirements of ISO-3471 if a mackine is rolled over. The Laboratory tests are carried out.According tests results, a new plastic method are developed to determining tlie ROPS'sdefelection during side load.After making a comparative examination of its estimateswith the experimental results, the new metbod is recognized to be very effective.Thatis,the performance of energy absorbing can be predicted by the new method witb highaccuracy on a design stage.
