不同成分冷轧双相钢的组织与性能研究

摘    要:在实验室条件下对三种成分的双相钢组织、力学性能以及烘烤硬化性能和断裂行为进行了研究。结果表明,钢中随C含量的增加,双相钢强度上升,延伸率下降,初始加工硬化能力提高;合金元素Cr和V的加入有利于获得低屈服强度和高初始加工硬化能力的双相钢。此外,三种试验钢都具有良好的初始加工硬化能力和良好的烘烤硬化性能,且断裂特征皆为延性断裂。

Abstract:Microstructure,mechanical property,bake hardening property and fracture characteristics of dual phase steels with three different compositions were studied by experiment.Results showed that the strength was increased and the initial work hardening ability enhanced,the elongation rate decreased with the increasing of carbon content in steel.The addition of Cr and V was beneficial to obtain a dual phase steel with low yield strength and high initial work hardening ability.In addition,three test steels were all of high initial work hardening ability and good bake hardening property with the ductile fracture characteristics.
