| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了IEC61850的各个组成部分和功能,并分析了IEC61850的特征及其局限性。同时描述了数字化变电站的概念和数字化变电站的优势。重点提出了基于IEC61850的完全数字化变电站的系统方案,并从兼顾有利于电网建设和促进科技进步的立场,就现阶段变电站自动化系统的IEC61850数字化升级改造方式进行了探讨。
