| 摘 要： | 剃齿是齿轮齿形精加工的高效传统工艺，分析剃齿的原理及剃齿过程存在的问题，提出一种用齿轮式金刚石修磨轮修形剃齿刀的新方法，并说明制作金刚石修磨轮的方法，通过试验证明可行。

| Abstract: | Gear shaving is a highly effective traditional process to gear finishing.The author had analyzed principle of gear profiling using a diamond dressing gear,and discussed the new method to make diamond dressing gear.Passing through experiments the certificate is feasible. |
