SiCp—Al复合材料超塑性变形时的电场效应

摘    要:研究了强电场对15vol%SiCp/LY12复合材料超塑性变形的影响。结果表明,合适的强电场可提高应变速率敏感性指数m值,降低流动应力、提高极限延伸率,细化晶粒。因此,电场改善了SiCp-Al复合材料的超塑性能。

Abstract:Effects of electric field on superplastic deformation of SiCp/LY1 2 Al composite HAVE BEEN INVESTIGAT-ed. The resuLts show that the application of an appropriate electic field increases the strain -rate sensitivity exponent,decreases the flow stress,elevates the limit elongation and fines the size of grains ,So it believed that the electricfield improven the superplasticity of SiCp - Al composte.
