合金元素对奥氏体球铁高温性能的影响

摘    要:研究了合金元素对奥氏体球铁高温机械性能、抗氧化性和抗热冲击性能的影响,提出了合金元素的最佳含量。用该奥氏体耐热球铁替代原用耐热钢作渗碳、淬火炉用构件,使用寿命提高1.2~1.6倍,成本降低20%。

Abstract:The effect of alloy elements on the high temperature mechanical properties oxidation resistance andheat blasting resistance properties of austenite nodular iron have been studied. The optimal content of alloy elementhas been put forward. The service life of component of carburizing furnace and glowing furnance has been increased by120% ~ 160%,while its cost decreased by 20% when they are made of austenite nodular iron, instead of heat-resistance steel.
