| 摘 要： | 经（Al＋siCa合金十REMg合金）复合变质处理、固深处理或锻造加固溶处理，能提高退火炉构件用ZGOCr23Ni13热强钢的纯净度，改善夹杂物形态和分布，消除铸态组织中的网状脆性相，有利于提高钢的韧性，从而提高了炉用构件的使用寿命．

| Abstract: | Furnace components for anneal is made of ZGoC23Ni13 bot strength steel. After compound inocula-tion (Al SiCa alloy REMg alloy),solution heat treating or forging and solution heat treating,the purity is raisedand the shape and distribution of impurities are much improved,the net embtittlement phases in cast matrix are elimi-nated. This operation provides for the best combination of toughness and long service life of the steel. |
