汶川特大地震的反思与重建规划的思考

从规划角度对汶川特大地震和灾区重建进行反思和思考,针对如何正视灾后重建过程中地质灾害的严峻性和长期性,加强灾后重建过程中对自然和文化资源的保护,因地制宜地制定不同发展模式,提出了汶川地震灾区重建规划的基本思路,认为重建规划治标更要治本,要优化与调整城镇空间布局,寻求区域差异化发展。

REFLECTION ON WENCHUAN EARTHQUAKE AND RECONSTRUCTION PLANNING
