厚壁UOE海底管线管的开发实践

摘    要:介绍了荔湾3-1气田海底管道用厚壁UOE海底管线管从炼钢、厚板轧制到UOE制管的主要制造过程,阐述了技术难点及工艺措施,并分析总结了开发的UOE海底管线管的产品性能和质量水平。结果表明:开发和生产的高钢级厚壁UOE海底管道很好地满足了荔湾项目的要求,并成功地实现批量供货和工程应用,实现了我国海底管道长距离高压输送用大壁厚、高强度UOE管线管的国产化目标。

Abstract:In this article, it introduced the main manufacturing process of thick wall UOE submarine line pipe from steel making, heavy plate rolling to UOE pipe making, which produced by Baosteel for Li Wan3-1 gas field. It also expatiated technical difficulties and processing measures, and summarized product performance and quality level of the developed UOE submarine line pipe. The result indicated that the high grade thick wall UOE submarine pipeline developed and produced by Baosteel can meet the requirements of Li Wan project well, and realize localization target of China submarine high strength and thick wall UOE pipeline for long-distance high pressure transportation.
