摘    要:为提高HFW钢管的合格率,减少因生产停车造成的材料损耗,利用生产线已有的配置对热处理不合格钢管焊缝采取补充加热措施进行处理,并通过拉伸试验、夏比冲击试验、压扁试验、金相检验以及无损检测研究分析了经过补充加热HFW钢管焊缝的性能。试验结果表明,经过补充加热后,HFW钢管焊缝的抗拉强度、低温冲击韧性、压扁性能、显微组织及无损检测结果均达到GB/T 9711—2011 PSL2及订单技术规格书的要求,说明补充加热措施可以改善HFW钢管焊缝的综合力学性能。

Abstract:In order to improve the qualified rate of HFW pipe and reduce the material waste caused by the down time, it utilized the existing configuration of the production line to conduct supplementary heating on the weld which was not passed by the normal heat treatment process. The performance of weld after supplementary heating was studied and analyzed by the tensile test, Charpy impact test, flattening test, UT inspection and metallographic examination, the results indicated that after supplementary heating, the tensile strength, low temperature impact toughness, UT inspection performance and microstructure of the weld all meet the requirements of GB/T 9711--2011 PSL2 and technical specification for orders, it showed that this supplementary heating way can improve the comprehensive performance of HFW pipe weld.
