摘    要:介绍了采用变压吸附回收氯乙烯精馏尾气中氯乙烯和乙炔的工艺流程,并对变压吸附装置运行过程中出现的问题提出了解决方案。以中盐湖南株洲化工集团有限公司10万t/a PVC生产装置计,每年可回收乙炔气132 664 m3,回收氯乙烯单体246.48 t,产生的经济效益约200万元。

Abstract:The process flow of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) for recycling vinyl chloride and acetylene contained in VCM rectification tail gas was introduced. Measures to solve the problems oc- curred during operation of PSA were proposed. Taking the 100 kt/a PVC production plant of Hunan Zhuzhou Chemical Industry Group Co. , Ltd. as an example, 132 644 m^3 of acetylene and 246.48 tons of vinyl chloride could be recovered per year, and nearly 2 million RMB ¥ economic benefits could be brought per year.
