| 摘 要： | 采用复合钙锌热稳定剂替代复合铅盐热稳定剂开发了无铅PVC型材配方,研究了替代过程中出现的问题。结果表明:采用无铅PVC型材配方后,需要对混料工艺、挤出工艺、模具、配方等进行细微的调整,才能生产出性能合格的PVC型材。

| Abstract: | The lead-free PVC profile formula was developed by using complex Ca/Zn thermal stabilizer instead of complex lead salt thermal stabilizer. The problems occurred during the development were studied. The results showed that after applying the lead-free PVC profile formula, the blending process, extrusion process, mould, formula and so on should be tweaked to produce qualified PVC profiles. |
