海底油气输送管道材料开发和应用现状

摘    要:阐述了国内外海底油气输送管道的发展现状,分析了海底油气管道材料的发展趋势和技术需求。针对海底油气管道的特点,指出抗大变形、高疲劳性能、大径厚比是未来海底管道低碳合金钢材料的主要发展方向;在海底油气管道的腐蚀方面,以耐蚀合金为衬里的双金属复合管及非金属柔性管是耐H2S/CO2气田集输管线材料的主要发展方向;未来冶金复合管和机械复合管的优选,需要根据两种产品的研究发展情况来确定;应提高柔性管的自主开发和制造能力,加强对柔性管设计和生产装备的研究。

Abstract:In this article, it expatiated the development status of submarine pipeline for oil and gas transportation in China domestic and the abroad, and analyzed the development trend and technical demands for pipeline material. According to submarine pipeline characteristics, it pointed out the main development direction of low-carbon micro-alloying submarine pipeline, including large deformation resistance, high fatigue performance and high D/t ratio. In terms of the submarine pipeline corrosion, the bimetal-lined pipe with corrosion resistant alloy and nonmetallic flexible pipe is the main development direction for H2S/CO2 resistance gas field gathering pipeline material. Finally, it put forward the metallic compound pipe and mechanical compound pipe will be optimized selection according to the development status of the above products. It should improve independent development and manufacturing capacity of flexible pipe, and strengthen flexible pipe design and the development of production equipment.
