摘    要:分析辛醇异丁醛装置用能情况,讨论了通过余热回收、水汽提系统节能改造、装置蒸汽伴热改水伴热等技术改造,优化装置实际运行中可利用的热源,实现节能降耗。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the energy utilization situation of the octanol and isobutyl aldehyde unit, optimized and utilized of the available thermal source during practical operation by waste heat recovery, energy saving reformation on water stripper system , water tracing replacing steam tracing system and etc technical reformations , realized the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
