| 摘 要： | 针对齐鲁炼厂常减压装置P-116A出现的多次失效问题,对其单端面机械密封进行了分析比较。将P-116A由单端面机械密封配置方案改造升级为双端面串联机械密封配置方案。改造后,操作人员可通过DCS控制系统实时监控,改善了密封运行环境,提高了密封的可靠性,延长了密封的使用寿命,满足了装置长周期运行的要求。

| Abstract: | Aimed at many times of failure problems existing on P -116A oil pump in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Qilu Refinery , the paper analyzed and compared the single face mechanical seal used in the P -116 A oil pump .The P-116 A oil pump was upgraded and reformed to double face tandem mechanical seal replacing single face mechanical seal.After the reformation, the operators could realize real time monitoring by DCS control system, which improved running environment and raised stability of the sealing system , prolonged service life of the sealing system and met long period operation requirement of the unit. |
