| Abstract: | Through modifying the overflow pipes of acetylene generators, the pressure in acetylene generators and calcium carbide consumption were reduced, the operation conditions were optimzed, the yield of acetylene was increased from 86.81% to 88.53% , the cost of calcium carbide could be saved by 10. 836 million RMB￥ per year, and thus the economic effects were obvious. |
