摘    要:提出了4种氯乙烯合成中冷量回收方案。通过对转化工序混合脱水后混合气、精馏工序尾气与低温冷却水回水换热,充分利用了混合气体和尾气的冷量,每年可创经济效益114万元。

Abstract:Four kinds of schemes for recycling cold energy in vinyl chloride synthesis were intru- duced. Through heat exchange between the dewatered gas mixture from conversion procedure and low- temperature return cooling water, heat exchange between tail gas from rectification procedure and low- temperature return cooling water, the cold energy of mixed gas and the cold energy of tail gas were fully recycled, and 1.14 million RMB ¥economic effects could be generated per year.
