摘    要:介绍了一种基于USB接口的高速数据采集系统的设计与实现.该系统采用AVR单片机ATmega128作为主控制器,通过基于CH375的USB接口实现数据传输.给出了高速模数转换及USB接口的电路原理简图,并详细介绍了实现USB数据传输的上、下位机的程序设计.该系统采集速率最高可以达到5 MS/s,有软件触发、后触发、前触发三种采集模式,已成功应用到核探测领域.

Abstract:Design and implementation of a kind of high-speed data acquisition system based on USB interface are introduecd.The system adopted AVR single-chip microprocessor ATmega128 as host controller, and translated data through USB interface based on CH375.The circuit principle diagrams of high speed AD conversion and USB interface are presented.Design of the host and slave computer procedure which carry out USB data transmission is also presented in detail. Its acquisition speed is high up to 5MS/s, and it has three kinds of acquisition modes, soft-trigger, post-trigger and pre-trigger. It has been applied in the nuclear detection field.
