摘    要:胜利原油的引进导致原油脱后盐含量超标,通过筛选破乳剂并进行流程改造,降低脱后原油含盐量,进一步降低催化原料和催化剂的金属含量,减少催化剂单耗,降低操作压力,效益显著。

Abstract:The introduction of crude oil from Shengli Oil Field brought about the result that the salt content of desalted crude oil surpassed the quality standard.By selecting demulsifier and reforming the process flow,the salt content decreased and the metal content of the catalytic material and the catalyst decreased further.At the same time,the consumption of catalyst and operating pressure decreased.The remarkable economic benefits were achieved.
