摘    要:围绕C50- 90 型汽轮机14 级动叶片断裂原因进行分析,并在此基础上对叶片进行可靠性改进设计, 不仅使设计叶片更趋合理化, 强度等级得到提高, 更主要的是改造立足于电厂的现有设备, 无须进行设备的大量更换, 因此具有较高的安全性和经济性。

Abstract:It analyses the factors that cause the blade failure of stage 14 of C50-90 steam turbine Based on the analysis,the reliability improvement design is made As a result,the blade design gets better and the strength grade increased The improvement is made according to the present conditions of the plant equipment and therefore it does not need to replace a large quantity of equipment So it has a higher safety and economic feature
