尼龙纤维增强聚乙烯醇/聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵阴离子交换膜的制备与性能研究

摘    要:以五种不同聚乙烯醇/聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵配比制备了用于电透析脱盐的尼龙纤维增强的阴离子交换膜,并考察四种不同交联剂浓度的条件下对膜的性能参数:膜含水率、迁移数、膜电荷密度及膜面电阻的影响.实验结果表明:膜的含水率随聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵含量的增加而增加,随交联剂GA浓度的增加而降低;在wPC=30%,φGA=0.05%时阴离子交换膜的膜电阻最低,且为4.46Ω.cm2;在wPC=30%,φGA=0.3%时阴离子交换膜的动态迁移数达到0.99;在wPC=20%,φGA=0.3%时阴离子交换膜的膜电荷密度值为1.24mol/dm3.

Abstract:In this paper five different proportions of PVA/PDADMAC were used to prepare nylon fiber reinforced anion exchange membranes for desalination by elctrodialysis method and it was investigated that the effect of four different concentration of cross-linking agents on the properties of membrane,which are water content,dynamic transport number,charge density and membrane resistance.The experimental results showed that the water content of the membrane increased with PDADMAC content and decreased with the concentration of GA.When wPC=30% and φGA=0.05% its membrane resistance reached the lowest value 4.46 Ω·cm2.The dynamic transport number of the membrane was 0.99 when wPC=30% and φGA=0.3%.The charge density of the membrane was 1.24 mol/dm3 at the factor of wPC=20% and φGA=0.3%,respectively.
