煤矿井下给煤机监控系统的设计

摘    要:针对某煤矿井下给煤机由于给煤量超载而造成胶带断带的问题,提出了一种井下给煤机监控系统的设计方案;阐述了该系统的硬件结构及软件设计,介绍了该系统硬件设备的安装布置及软件模块的调试步骤。实际应用表明,该系统提高了给煤系统的可靠性。

Abstract:In view of problem of strip break of belt caused by overload of coal feed rate of underground coal feeder in a coal mine,the paper proposed a design scheme of monitoring system of underground coal feeder.It expounded hardware structure and software design of the system and introduced installation of hardware devices and debugging steps of software modules of the system.The actual application showed that the system improves reliability of coal feeding system.
