功能、生态、印象——上海某制药有限公司建设项目规划设计中标方案创意

根据上海某制药有限公司的设计要求，我们完成一套以“创建环境友善、功能布局合理、技术超前的化工原料药生产园区；构建现代化多功能的原料生产园区，体现现代化原料药企业清洁生产的特征；实现智能化、信息化、人性化特点；体现企业独特的文化内涵和企业理念”为指导思想的投标方案。该文从“总体规划设计创意——“功能”、园区空间环境设计创意——“生态”、单体建筑的设计创意——“印象”“三方面详述了该投标方案的大体内容。

Function, Ecology, Impression: Bidding Proposal for a Planning Design of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Company Limited Construction Project

According to the design requirements of a Shanghai pharmaceutical Company Ltd., we completed a bidding proposal. The main idea of the bidding proposal is consisted by the following points: 1) creating a chemical API plant with friendly environment, reasonable function layout and advanced technology; 2) building a modern and multi-functional API plant to reflect the cleaner production characteristics; 3) realizing the intelligent, information and hommization characteristics; 4) reflecting the unique cultural connotation and enterprise philosophy. We describe the outline of the bidding proposal from three design originalities of overall planning, park space environment and individual building, respectively.
