矿井提升机盘形闸监控系统设计

摘    要:基于闸间隙、制动力和空动时间这3个参数可全面反映矿井提升机盘形闸的制动性能,设计了一种可实时监控这3个参数的矿井提升机盘形闸监控系统。该系统采用2个微处理器,一个用来测量闸间隙并完成一些功能转换,另一个用来测量空动时间和制动力;并采用基于专家系统的故障诊断技术判断盘形闸在运行过程中出现的异常状态。实际应用表明,该系统具有检测精度高、实时性好、可靠性高等特点。

Abstract:A disk brake monitoring system of mine hoist to real-timely monitor three parameters of brake clearance,braking force and idle motion time was designed based on the three parameters can reflect braking performance of disk brake of mine hoist.The system uses two micro-processers,one is used to measure brake clearance and finish functions transform,the other is used to measure idle motion time and braking force.And it uses fault diagnosis technology based on expert system to judge abnormal states of disk brake running.The actual application showed that the system has high measuring precision,good real-time performance and high reliability.
