The New Method of Rebuilding the Industrial Heritage Buildings in Hangzhou:Taking the Rebuilt of Hangzhou Silk Printing & Dyeing Factory as an Example

Hangzhou silk printing&dyeing factory was built in the 1950s,which was one of the symbols of the industrial development in Hangzhou during the special historical era.Through the redesign and rebuild of the old factory’s each plane,this article provides not only entrepreneurship spaces,but also residential spaces,entertainment spaces and communication spaces for the "ant tribe".Otherwise,it has positive effect on improving the living environment of the residents in the neighbourhood,alleviating traffic and driving the economic development in adjacent regions.
