基于CAV444的电容式液位传感器设计

摘    要:介绍了电容式液位传感器的测量原理,提出了一种基于新型电容测量集成电路芯片CAV444的电容式液位传感器的设计方案。测试结果表明,该传感器性能稳定,测量精度较高,误差较小,能够满足低浓度瓦斯输送安全监测系统的水位监测需求。

Abstract:The paper introduced measuring principle of capacitive level sensor and proposed a design scheme of level sensor based on novel capacitance measuring chip CAV444.The testing result showed the sensor is stable with high precision and small error,which can meet requirements of water level monitoring for safety monitoring system of low-concentration gas transportation.
