| 摘 要： | 针对箕斗提升采用压磁定重装置存在现场使用效果不理想的问题,提出了一种基于PLC和LabVIEW的液压式定重装载监控系统的设计方案;给出了液压式定重装载的工作原理,详细介绍了该系统的硬件、软件设计及LabVIEW与PLC的通信实现。实际应用表明,该系统运行稳定、可靠,适合现场使用。

| Abstract: | In view of problem of non-ideal application effect of piezomagnetic weight-fixed device used in skip hoisting,the paper proposed a design scheme of monitoring system of hydraulic weight-fixed loading based on PLC and LabVIEW.It gave working principle of hydraulic weight-fixed loading,and detailedly introduced design of hardware and software and communication implementation between LabVIEW and PLC.The actual application showed that the system is suitable for field application with stable and reliable running. |
