摘    要:针对现有液压支架间架控制器与端头控制器的软件升级需要技术人员在井下对控制器逐一拆装操作,且耗时长、效率低的问题,提出了一种液压支架电液控制系统软件在线升级方案,详细介绍了液压支架电液控制系统组成、代码存储空间变化及在线升级的相关程序流程,并给出了实验数据及分析。该方案实现了对间架控制器和端头控制器的远程在线升级,升级过程简单方便,且升级速度快。

Abstract:In view of problems that software upgrade of support controller and terminal controller of existed hydraulic supports needs underground technical personnel to disassemble each controller,which is time-consuming and low in efficiency,the paper proposed a design of online upgrade scheme of software of electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic supports.It introduced system composition,changes in the code storage space and program flow for online upgrade in details,and gave experimental data and analysis.The scheme achieves remote online upgrade of support controller and terminal controller,and the upgrade process is easy and fast.
