摘    要:本文介绍数字剪切散斑用于三维面形测量的基本原理,并将其用于实际物体的测量,结果表明,该测量方法简单方便,便于工程现场测量。

Abstract:This paper introduce the basic principle for profile measurement methods using digital shearography speckle,Unlike holography,shearography does not require special vibration isolation since a separate reference beam is not required.Hence it is a practical tool that can used in the field/factory.Example of use of small and large image shearing for surface profiling are given.Finally,a novel method for computering phase derivates for the determination of curvatures of object surface from shearographic measurement is given.
