摘    要:本文结合北京某地铁区间4号线下穿新建地铁施工,基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术、多传感器技术、无线网桥及GPRS传输技术,提出近接既有地铁线施工防护的实时智能监测系统,设计了在下穿新建地铁影响范围内的近接既有地铁线结构的系统监测方案.采用LabVIEW开发的数据统一管理平台对现场监测信息加以分析预警,提供施工安全评估,并可生成报表及存储查询共享等,实现对近接既有地铁线及隧道结构变化的实时监测,及时预警,达到轨道质量的动态、精确调整的目的,保证既有地铁线的运营安全.

Abstract:Based on LabVIEW virtual instrument, multi -sensors, wireless bridge and GPRS transmission tech- nology, an intelligent real -time monitoring system for proximity construction near the existing metro lines is put forward with due consideration of a certain under - pass construction on Beijing subway Line 4. In each monito- ring section, multiple sensors are connected to the safety automatic monitoring acquisition instrument. Monitoring signals are transmitted wireless to the receiving end at the tunnel entrance by network bridge transmitter module built in the acquisition instrument, then sent to the Internet packed by GPRS module. PC monitoring terminal calls monitoring data from the Intemet, and uses the unified data management platform designed by LabVIEW to make analysis and early warning, to generate reports and store queries. The system realizes real - time monito- ring for proximity existing metro lines and tunnels' structural changes, and provides construction safety assess- ment, timely warning and control measures as well as dynamic and precise adjustment of track quality parame- ters, which guarantees the operational safety of the existing metro.
